Terms of Service

Last updated: August 26, 2026

These Terms are the agreement between you and MolayMediaLLC, the operator of TeamBasin ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. They're written plainly, so please read them.

Operated by: MolayMediaLLC. Contact: MolayMediaLLC@gmail.com

1. Who can use the App

You must be 18 or older. Sign-up asks for your date of birth and rejects anyone under 18, and creating an account confirms that you're 18 or older. If we ever open the App to users under 18, we will update these Terms and add parental-consent steps before doing so.

The App is used by schools, clubs, teams, and intramural leagues. You may use it if a team owner or coach has invited you, or if you signed up and verified a school email address where your school has enabled that. Your access lasts while you keep an active connection to your organization. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else has accessed your account, tell us right away.

2. Your responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to:

  • Be respectful. No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or abusive messages toward anyone, in chat or anywhere else in the App.
  • Stay in your lane. Only access data and features your role allows. Don't try to view, change, or download other people's information you aren't authorized to see, and don't attempt to reach another organization's data.
  • Keep things accurate. Provide truthful information (like your emergency contact) and keep it current.
  • Respect privacy. Don't share other members' personal information (emergency contacts, medical info, birth dates) outside the App.
  • Use it for your organization. The App is for running your team, club, or league, not for unrelated commercial or personal projects.

3. Things you may not do

  • Try to break into, hack, overload, or disrupt the App or its database.
  • Access the App with bots, scrapers, or automated tools, or bulk-download data.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the App or its code.
  • Upload malware, or post illegal content or content that violates someone else's rights.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your role.
  • Get around the App's access controls or security in any way.

Breaking these rules can get your access removed and, in serious cases, reported to your school or to the authorities.

4. Our responsibilities

We agree to:

  • Keep your data reasonably safe using current-standard security (see the Privacy Policy).
  • Not sell your data or hand it to advertisers.
  • Be transparent about what we collect and why.
  • Honor your data requests for access, correction, and deletion, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Tell you about breaches that affect your information.

5. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post (like chat messages). By posting, you give us permission to store and display it within the App so your organization can function. You're responsible for what you post and shouldn't post anything you don't have the right to share.

We may remove content or suspend access if someone violates these Terms or to protect the safety of the App's members.

6. The App is provided "as is"

We work to keep the App running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Schedules, stats, and records may occasionally contain mistakes, so please double-check anything important.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Colorado law:

  • The App is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Examples include missed events caused by a scheduling error, or losses from a service outage.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid to use the App in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited (such as for gross negligence or intentional misconduct).

8. Suspension and ending access

We can suspend or remove your access if you break these Terms, if you leave your organization, or if needed to protect the App or its members. You can stop using the App at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you in the App or by email and update the "Last updated" date shown on this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
