Terms of Service

Last updated: May 28, 2026

By accepting your invite and using the app, you agree to these. Plain English, please read them.

Operated by: Denver University Club Lacrosse, managed by Luke Mole. Contact: lukemole42@gmail.com · 720-402-6281

1. Who can use this

The app is invite-only. You can use it only if a team owner or coach invited you and you're still part of the team. You're responsible for keeping your login private and for everything that happens on your account. If someone else accesses it, tell me right away.

2. What you agree to

When you use the app, you agree to:

  • Be respectful. No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or abuse in chat or anywhere else.
  • Stay in your lane. Only access what your role allows. Don't try to see or download other people's info you're not supposed to see.
  • Be honest. Give real information (emergency contact, etc.) and keep it current.
  • Respect privacy. Don't share other members' personal info (emergency contacts, medical info, birth dates) outside the app.
  • Use it for the team. Not for unrelated business or personal projects.

3. Things you can't do

  • Try to break in, hack, overload, or disrupt the app.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools, or bulk-download data.
  • Copy or resell the app or its code.
  • Upload malware or post illegal content.
  • Pretend to be someone else.
  • Get around access controls or security.

Breaking these rules can get your access removed and, if serious, reported to the university or authorities.

4. What I'm responsible for

I'll:

  • Keep your data reasonably safe using current security practices (see Privacy Policy).
  • Not sell your data or give it to advertisers.
  • Be transparent about what I collect and why.
  • Honor your data requests: access, correction, and deletion (as in the Privacy Policy).
  • Tell you about breaches that affect your information.

5. Content you post

You own what you post. By posting, you let me store and show it in the app so the team can function. You're responsible for what you post. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

I can remove content or suspend access if someone breaks these terms or to protect the team.

6. The app is provided as-is

This is a tool for a college club, not a commercial product. I keep it running and accurate, but I can't promise it'll always be up, error-free, or uninterrupted. Schedules, stats, and records can have mistakes. Double-check anything important.

7. Liability limits

Under Colorado law:

  • The app comes with no warranties of any kind.
  • I'm not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using it (like missing an event due to a scheduling error, or losses from downtime).
  • My total liability is limited to what you paid to use it, which is $0 (the app is free).

This doesn't cover things that legally can't be limited, like gross negligence or intentional harm.

8. Removing access

I can suspend or remove your access if you break these terms, leave the team, or to protect the app and its members. You can stop using the app and ask me to delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy).

9. Changes to these terms

I may update these. Significant changes get announced in the app or by email, and I'll update the date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms follow Colorado law. Any disputes go to Colorado courts.
