Role-aware access
Finances and member info are visible only to the people who should see them. Access follows each person’s role on the team, automatically, so nobody has to manage permissions by hand.

Each club’s data is separated at the database layer. One team can never see another team’s. It is the default, not a setting you can forget to turn on.

Note: This platform started as a thesis project for the lacrosse team, so the web address is still tied to that domain. The platform is called Club Manager and will be moving to a permanent domain soon. Currently optimized for desktop and laptop, mobile view coming soon.
