Club Manager

Your whole club, on the same page.

One place for your schedule, attendance, roster, group chat, dues, and gear, so the team stops living in five different apps and a pinned message nobody reads.

Getting started

Up and running in an afternoon

From sign-up to game day in three simple steps.

1

Claim your team

Your club gets its own space and web address in minutes. Invite players, officers, and coaches with the right access for each.

2

Load your season

Drop in practices, games, and events on the shared calendar. Attendance tracking and reminders run themselves from there.

3

Run it all in one place

Chat, finances, inventory, and stats live alongside the schedule. Close the other four apps.

The difference

What changes when it's all connected

Real situations every club hits, handled instead of improvised.

5 → 1
apps the team has to check
~0 hrs/wk
of officer admin saved in season
0
spreadsheets to maintain

Schedule screenshotted into the group chat, then buried

One live calendar everyone shares

Attendance in a spreadsheet someone forgets to update

One-tap attendance with trends built in

Dues chased one by one with no idea who has paid

A real ledger that shows who has paid before the tournament

“Who has the extra goalie gear?” and nobody knows

Live inventory: every item, and who has it

Each new officer rebuilds the system from scratch

It is already set up, so you just add the season

It rains Thursday afternoon. The captain moves practice on the calendar, the reminder reschedules itself, and a poll goes out in team chat, all before the old way would have finished typing “practice cancelled?? 👀” into the group chat.

Built privacy-first

Your team's data belongs to your team

Club Manager started as an honors thesis on privacy-by-design, and that is still how it is built.

Role-aware access

Finances and member info are visible only to the people who should see them. Access follows each person’s role on the team, automatically, so nobody has to manage permissions by hand.

Players

Schedule, their own attendance, roster, and team chat.

Officers / Treasurer

Everything players see, plus dues, the budget ledger, and inventory.

Coaches / Owner

Full roster and stats, team settings, and member management.

Isolated by default

Each club’s data is separated at the database layer. One team can never see another team’s. It is the default, not a setting you can forget to turn on.

No ads, ever

The product is not built on selling your team’s information. No ads, no data brokers, no exceptions.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers

Free while we’re in pilot. We’re a club team ourselves, so the goal is to get this into other clubs’ hands, not nickel-and-dime them. If that ever changes, you’ll hear it from us first.

Note: This platform started as a thesis project for the lacrosse team, so the web address is still tied to that domain. The platform is called Club Manager and will be moving to a permanent domain soon. Currently optimized for desktop and laptop, mobile view coming soon.
