How do I sign up?

Sign-up is invite-only. Your coach or team owner sends you an invite link that carries a one-time token tied to your team.

Open the link, enter your name, username, date of birth, email, and password (year in school is optional), then submit.

After verifying your email you'll complete a short onboarding step (emergency contact and optional medical info) before reaching the dashboard. No invite link? Ask your team owner to send one.

How do I RSVP to a game?

Open the Schedule, tap the game, and choose Going, Excused, or Not going. You'll get a confirmation message on screen.

You can change your RSVP any time before the lock deadline, which defaults to 10:00 PM Mountain the night before. After that, your coach records the final status.

Where do I see my attendance?

Your season rate and recent events are in the My Attendance section of the Dashboard.

For the full team view, open Attendance. Numbers reflect what your coach recorded after each event, which can differ from your RSVP.

How does attendance tracking work?

You RSVP before an event. After the event, a coach or owner records the actual status (Present, Excused, or Absent).

Your attendance rate is based on the recorded status, not your RSVP. Excused absences don't count against your rate; unexcused absences do.

How do I chat with my team?

Open Chat from the navigation to land in your team's default room. Use the room list to switch channels and direct messages.

Messages appear in real time. If a room won't load, see "Chat isn't loading" under Troubleshooting.

How do I view the schedule?

Open Schedule to see practices, games, and events in month, week, or year view. Tap any event for details and to RSVP.

Question 8

What does "excused" vs "absent" mean?

Accepted Answer

Excused: you gave accepted prior notice (illness, travel, academic conflict). It does not count against your rate.

Absent: you missed an event without accepted notice. It counts against your rate.

Present: you attended and were checked in. Only a coach or owner sets the final recorded status, so message your coach if a mark looks wrong.

I can't see a game

Confirm you're on the right team (shown in the top bar) and reload the page.

Games appear only after a coach publishes them. If it's still missing, ask your coach to confirm it was added to your team's schedule.

I didn't get an email reminder

Accepted Answer

Check your spam folder, then open Settings, and under Notifications confirm email reminders are on for that event type.

Make sure your account email is correct. If you joined after the reminder send window, you'll get the next one.

Chat isn't loading

Check your connection. If you see a yellow "connection lost" banner, tap Refresh in it, or reload the page. Chat reconnects on load.

A single stuck message usually delivers on reconnect; waiting won't create a duplicate.

My RSVP didn't save

Look for the error message on screen; it names the problem. The deadline may have passed, since RSVPs lock at 10:00 PM Mountain the night before.

Check your connection and try again; you'll see a confirmation message when it saves. Reload to confirm.

Data privacy: what we store and who can see it

We store your profile (name, username, contact, date of birth), your team membership and role, attendance, and chat messages, all scoped to your team.
